Colo Colo faces Coquimbo Unido this Sunday, October 11, at 15:00 at Francisco Sánchez Rumoroso stadium. The match is part of round 24 of the 2026 Liga de Primera.
According to BioBioChile, TNT Sports Premium will televise the match, which you can also watch live on the Max streaming platform. La Tercera identifies the service as HBO Max, the previous name of the same platform.
Colo Colo arrives as the leader with 54 points. Its closest challengers are Universidad Católica and Universidad de Chile, both with 42 points. With a 12-point lead, Colo Colo enters the decisive stage of its pursuit of another title.
The last round did not go entirely to plan for the leader. According to La Tercera, Colo Colo drew 1-1 with Deportes Concepción, a result that left its position at the top of the table unchanged.
Coquimbo Unido is in a different situation. The Pirates sit in eleventh place with 29 points and are coming off a 3-2 defeat to Cobresal. They need to win at home to climb the standings.
For the home side, the probable lineup is Diego Sánchez; Francisco Salinas, Benjamín Gazzolo, Elvis Hernández, Juan Cornejo; Sebastián Galani, Alejandro Camargo; Cristián Zavala, Pablo Rodríguez, Alejandro Azócar; Nicolás Johansen. It is a 4-2-3-1 with Johansen as the lone striker.
Colo Colo is expected to start with a back three: Gabriel Maureira; Jonathan Villagra, Arturo Vidal, Joaquín Sosa; Jeyson Rojas, Cristián Díaz, Víctor Felipe Méndez, Gedeón Díaz; Álvaro Madrid, Leandro Hernández; Javier Correa. Vidal stands out as a center-back in the defensive unit, with Correa up front.
The club itself confirmed the schedule on X on October 7. After the match in the port city, there will be 6 fewer points left to contest for Universidad Católica and Universidad de Chile in their pursuit.
