Press

If you know about something that should be reported, or found an error in an article, write to us. This page explains what we accept and how we handle it.

What we accept

Events of public interest in Chile and the world, documents supporting them, corrections to our publications and press releases from institutions, companies and organizations.

A pitch is an unverified claim. It does not publish anything by itself: the newsroom reads it and decides whether there is a story to tell.

What to expect

We do not promise a reply or a publication date. If we need more information and you authorized contact, we will email you.

To request a correction to an already published article, include its link in this form. Our approach to corrections is described in our editorial policy.

Your information and sources

You do not need to leave your name or email. If you authorize contact, we save your name, email and outlet only to discuss this pitch.

We do not store your connection address: to prevent mass submissions, we keep only a fingerprint that cannot be used to reconstruct it.

This form is not a secure channel for sensitive material. If your safety or someone else's depends on anonymity, do not include information that identifies you.

Media and communications

If you represent an institution, company or outlet, use the same form and choose “A press release”. State your outlet or organization in the contact details.

Pitch an article

A sentence describing what it is about.

Describe what happened, where and when, and how you know. Distinguish what you saw from what you were told.

One link per line. We do not upload files: if you have a document, share the link where it is published.

Contact

You can send a pitch without leaving your personal details. We only save your name, email and outlet if you authorize contact.

By submitting, you agree to let the newsroom read your pitch. A pitch is not an article: it is reviewed before any use.
